Terms and Conditions
- Payments must be made
in United States funds either through Cashier's Check, Certified Check,
Money Order or Credit Card Payment with the use of Pay Pal
- Payments for Banners,
Logos and all Graphical orders must be received in full before work can
begin.
- All sites require a
50% Non refundable deposit prior to any work beginning.
- All images and text
(content) must be supplied by YOU. This does not include custom
graphics.
- By ordering any design
or graphic work you agree that you yourself are of legal age to enter
into a contract and have all rights to the content used.
- Our Valley Home Pages and/or Hudson Valley To Go cannot be held liable under any circumstances for anything
that may be presented on any clients web sites after production has
ended. Nor can Our Valley Home Pages and/or Hudson Valley To Go be held
responsible for any copyright issues from any third parties, we at Our
Valley Home Pages respect copyright and are given content by clients
with the sole understanding that the material is theirs or they have/own
the rights to such material.
